Low carb style for all you french fry lovers!
Parmesan Zucchini Fries
- 3 zucchini
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup organic whole milk or unsweetened almond milk.
- 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
- 1/2 cup of gluten free breadcrumbs
- Sprinkle of sea salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper over the top (to your own liking).
Pre-heat the oven to 420 degrees.
Wash zucchini and slice them french fry style.
Whisk together milk and egg white into one bowl.
Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan and seasoning into another bowl.
Dip each french fry in milk and egg mix, followed by the cread crumb and parmesan mix. Coat evenly and well.
Bake at 420 degrees for about 20 minutes.
