Baked Salmon with Green Beans...

...is whats for dinner!!

This is an amazing recipe I concocted (yes, nothing humble about that statement). I know you will enjoy this one!

Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
2-3 Boneless fresh wild caught salmon
Olive Oil
Oregano
Braggs (liquid aminos)-- (in the salad dressing section at a health food store)
1 Lemon
1 roma tomato
1/2 cup chopped white onion
Garlic powder
Sea Salt/Course Black Pepper

For green beans... I love french green beans or the loose ones! Heat them in the microwave for about 2 minutes before cooking in skillet!

How To:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grab three pieces of foil (enough to wrap around salmon)
Drizzle olive oil over salmon (about 1/2 tbs per each piece of salmon)
Sprinkle sea salt and course pepper to taste
Squeeze lemon (about 1/2 tbs per piece of salmon)
Sprinkle braggs over each piece (a little goes a long way)
Top salmon with Chopped tomato and onion on each piece equally
Sprinkle 2 tsp of oregano on each piece of salmon
Sprinkle garlic powder lightly on top

**Wrap salmon up lightly with foil (like a present!). Lay each piece in a glass baking dish.

Cook for 25 minutes!

Green Beans:

Heat a large pan with oil at medium heat.
Place green beans in pan.
Sprinkle sea salt/Course black pepper (i like extra pepper for spice)
Sprinkle Braggs sauce over lightly
Add a sprinkle of lemon pepper

** Cook for about 7-10 minutes in pan

If I am trying to eat healthy, I do not have a carb with this for dinner. However, to still maintain the healthiness of this dish, cook a sweet potato for a nice flavor addition! I like to top it with a dab of butter. Delish!
