If you grab a bunch of dino-kale at the farmers market or local market, wash the Kale thoroughly and make a nice healthy snack.
1 bunch of dino Kale
A drizzle of olive oil
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Cut the bottom stems off of the kale. Break leaves into halves. Toss in a mixing bowl with all ingredients. **Make sure to add just a pinch of sea salt, and add more**
Place the Kale on a baking sheet.
Heat the oven to 300 and cook the kale for about 20 minutes.
