Kale Chips

I like to get creative with my greens... Kale, as I'm sure you have heard, is full of great nutrients.  High in Vitamin A, calcium, minerals, and fiber (among the few), Kale is a healthy food lovers dream. 

If you grab a bunch of dino-kale at the farmers market or local market, wash the Kale thoroughly and make a nice healthy snack.

Kale Chips

1 bunch of dino Kale
A drizzle of olive oil
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Cut the bottom stems off of the kale.  Break leaves into halves.  Toss in a mixing bowl with all ingredients.  **Make sure to add just a pinch of sea salt, and add more**
Place the Kale on a baking sheet.

Heat the oven to 300 and cook the kale for about 20 minutes. 

Done!
