Simple Zucchini Pasta

Returning home from my trip, I have one thing on my mind and that is zucchini "pasta."  It really is THAT exciting for me.  I now pick up zucchini at the store regularly because it always makes for a tasty, quick, and healthy lunch or dinner.  

There isn't much of a recipe for this one.  I literally just took out any veggies I had and a few pieces of shrimp to pull this one together.

Ingredients I used:

Zucchini (for the pasta- used a peeler to make the "noodles").
Swiss Chard
Almond Slices
and Green Onion

I whipped together the sauce by blending:

Heirloom tomatoes, fresh garlic, basil, oregano, a squeeze or so of lemon, salt, and pepper.
