It is officially TWO MONTHS until I say 'I do' and it is time to get in the best shape possible! I typically hate the whole "under pressure" weight loss. I feel like I am more inclined to do the opposite when getting in shape seems forced. Buuuuut, I'm looking at this experience as a chance to prove to myself that I CAN. And I will. Who doesn't want to feel their best on their wedding day?
My coworker and I have been working out two days a week with the AWESOME trainer, Alex Atanasov. You should definitely check out his stuff. He is such a motivation and makes you actually look forward to a workout. While workouts are great, we all know diet plays the biggest part in the equation. Combine the two together= results! Each week I will be updating you all on my progress and will be including some of my daily workout and food logs! Here we go y'all!
Breakfast: Oatmeal bake (1/2 c. oats, 2 egg whites, water, 1 tbs protein powder, stevia, cinnamon and 1/3 sliced banana) + coffee with coconut milk creamer
Lunch: Salad with 5 oz salmon
Snack: Apple and turkey slices
Dinner: Steamed kale, broccoli, and grilled 5 oz chicken
calories for the day: 1100
Workout: Full body circuit- One hour
90 oz of water
