Early to bed, early to wake.
First breakfast on the list: Poached Eggs. The English in me loves this breakfast. There is something to be said about the simplicity of this meal. Toast, eggs, butter, salt and pepper- thats all it takes to make this perfect breakfast.
Farm Fresh Poached Eggs
2 Slices Gluten Free Toast of choice
2 Fresh Eggs (seriously... get fresh/local for eggs)
Earth Balance or Regular Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Poach 2 eggs with these "Perfect Poached Eggs" directions
I like to get some greens in always, so I placed two slice of buttered and toasted bread on top of spinach.
Once eggs are poached, lightly salt and pepper the top of the egg.
Easy as pie- enjoy!!
