The Mood Balancing Drink

You know those days where you just need to pull it together a bit? Well, have I got the drink for you.


 

Here is why this combo rules:

Cashews/bananas: Serotonin boosting
Maca Powder: Stress reducing, energizing, libido boosting, hormone balancing, etc. etc. etc.
Dates: Full of B vitamins= joy!
Nutmeg: Anxiety reducer

 Mood Balancing Drink

1/2 c. soaked cashews (about an hour)
1 tsp maca powder
4 dates
1/2 banana
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 c. cold water 
A shake or two of nutmeg

Blend together, drink, and be happy!
