Roasted Cumin Chickpeas
1 large can garbanzo beans
3 tbs olive oil
2-3 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne Pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine garbanzo beans and olive oil and mix well until evenly coated.
Add in spices and mix again.
On a baking sheet, lay out the chickpeas and bake for about 30 minutes or until roasted.
While baking, turn them about 1/2 way.
Let them cool and enjoy! Simple as that : )
